One-on-One coaching with emphasis on restoring self-confidence, focus and lasting motivation to pursue and achieve goals. We will not pump you up with strategies or motivational speeches. Just a conversation about how we create our reality, where you will realize yourself how to get back on track.
Coaching session can take place utilizing our online video platform, or in person in our offices, or during a walk outdoors. Having a conversation while walking and being surrounded by nature, allows our mind to settle down and relax, making us uniquely conditioned to realize new insights about ourselves and our potential to move forward in life.

On-Site Stability and Muscular Strength
Customized training program focused on progressive stabilization of load carrying muscles and joints, developing endurance under load, and gradually gaining physical strength and power.
Our approach is very unique since it integrates a mental wellness component that serves as a catalyst to experience new perspectives about ourselves and others, enabling us to fully restore our well-being and enjoy a lasting peace of mind.
In-home or office one-on-one or small group training. We provide all necessary gear and equipment, within NYC Metro ( NY City, New Jersey, Southern CT, Eastern PA) on any day of the week, including weekends.
Finding Career Direction and Fulfillment
We have developed a simple and effective method to self-discover and rank career options. It is designed to provide you with a conclusive and quantifiable answer as to what career path you are designed to pursue.
Within 90 minutes of guided self-assessment, you will know what is your true calling. Completely transparent and easy to understand process, suitable from high school seniors to senior management personnel.
Offered as one-on-one private session in our Florham Park, New Jersey office or as online video meeting (utilizing zoom.us), or as on-site group training for any business or not-for-profit organization worldwide.

On-Site Rowing and Muscular Strength
Private or small group session with emphasis on gradual increase in aerobic fitness and overall muscle mass. Conducted by a certified personal fitness trainer and indoor rowing instructor.
Indoor rowing is the most effective, non weight bearing, form of aerobic exercise which activates all main muscle groups (60% legs, 30% core, 10% arms/chest/back muscles). We provide the indoor rowers and exercise gear. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
