Interest rates are climbing and the economy is slowing. It’s only a matter of time before the first round of layoffs we saw in technology and financial institutions, will spread like a wildfire in to other verticals.
I urge all managers reassess your talent pool, and let those who have potential, express their intellect. Let go of your personal fears and agendas. Don’t micromanage. Nurture and encourage your superstars to impact your decision making process. Their contribution could be the life line you need to avoid losing your job.
